Joined Team Beachbody as a Coach in late September 2009 as a 43-year-old male. Started with the Shakeology workouts, then did Power 90 through Dec 30, 2009. Start P90X on Jan 1, 2010.

On March 1, I was down 16 lbs, my waist was 4 inches smaller, and my blood pressure had dropped 15-20 points. I'm much more concerned about the last two than the first one I'm gaining muscle while I lose

Oct 1: Started with the 30-minute workout that came with Shakeology. Plan to do that and the 50-minute workout for 2 weeks. Then move on to Power 90 until Jan 2010.

September 17, 2009: 229 lbs. with 30% bodyfat. Matches the heaviest I've ever been.

Goal for 2010 is to get down to 190# with 15% bodyfat.

Little slow on updating this blog. We completed the P90x program in the first week of April and continue to use it along with other exercise methods, like running.
