More statistics| brianandersonkc Lenexa, KS Joined Team Beachbody as a Coach in late September 2009 as a 43-year-old male. Started with the Shakeology workouts, then did Power 90 through Dec 30, 2009. Start P90X on Jan 1, 2010. On March 1, I was down 16 lbs, my waist was 4 inches smaller, and my blood pressure had dropped 15-20 points.
