Transformation story

Ive worked out before.. going to the gym with friends do some weights and sweat on the stair master machines. I wasnt serious when i did work out with my buddies. Of course that was back in my 20's More ...
Ive worked out before.. going to the gym with friends do some weights and sweat on the stair master machines. I wasnt serious when i did work out with my buddies. Of course that was back in my 20's when it was all about girls and drinking. I never was a big drinker.. i drank a TON of pop.. well diet pop and that was my only source of hydration... well mabey an occasional water now and again.
Now im in my 30's and have a wife and a son. I needed to start thinking of taking care of my body so i can bee around for my son. I used to work at Home Depot and a good friend of mine left the company and started to work at a gym. He got me intersted so i joined up and took a class that was boot camp style and really beat my butt. I started to eat right and went from 280 to 205 in 3 months. The class only lasted 3 months and on top of the gym membership the class costs 175 a month.. I couldent afford it anymore so went to one of those smaller gyms and light weights and ran alot. I started to loose track of eating right and started to gain some weight back.. i started slacking off and going to the gym 2 times a week.. before it was 5 days a week. I started a new job working for the federal goverment and a supervisor i was talking to told me about power 90.. it was in the style of the boot camp class i took before and a quarter of the cost of the class per month. I bought the program and progressed my way thru 90x. Loved the program. I'm still working on my weight and focus on portion control which is hard lol. I been doing this program now for almost 2 years and am currently working on Chalean Extreme.
