My wedding is in October, I started Turbo Jam in April, back in February I revived my old Firm tapes. I saw muscles forming, but I hate their cardio. I love Chalene's style and Music, Its a really fun workout. I still want to do my old Firm tapes for muscle building, but I was sore in all new places when I started Turbo Jam. I started at size 18, and I'm now a 15/16. My goal is to get down to

In two weeks, I've dropped a dress size. I really enjoy Turbo Jam. I usually hate cardio because its so boring, but this workout is fun, I honestly look forward to it. Thats the best part. I get that music in my head, "Its time to party, come on and move your body...Party..." and I want to workout again.

I try to workout six days a week. I have already been doing weight training, and plan to continue that, but adding cardio has really made a difference to my body shape.
