My wedding is in October, I started Turbo Jam in April, back in February I revived my old Firm tapes. I saw muscles forming, but I hate their cardio. I love Chalene's style and Music, Its a really fun workout. I still want to do my old Firm tapes for muscle building, but I was sore in all new places when I started Turbo Jam. My largest weakness is going out to eat with my fiance. We both love to eat good food and drink good beer. Neither of these is helping me with my goal. Beer is doubly bad, because it lowers your inhibitions, and you eat even worse food. Aack!!

In two weeks, I've dropped a dress size. I really enjoy Turbo Jam. I usually hate cardio because its so boring, but this workout is fun, I honestly look forward to it. Thats the best part. I get that music in my head, "Its time to party, come on and move your body...Party..." and I want to workout again.
I try to workout six days a week. I have already been doing weight training, and plan to continue that, but adding cardio has really made a difference to my body shape.
