With bikini season around the corner, I am ready to get back into pushing play, feeling my best and striving for that 6-pack and rock hard booty!
Luckily, my metabolism is high and I've always had a thin build, but my metabolism is slowing down year by year....and I am far from tone. If I don't start making exercise and healthy eating a part of my lifestyle, the cellulite is going to take over.
