Well I started P90X in October of 2009. I successfully completed phase 1 and went from a size 8 to a size 4. In November, family was here for Thanksgiving and Christmas causing more than a week of no More ...
Well I started P90X in October of 2009. I successfully completed phase 1 and went from a size 8 to a size 4. In November, family was here for Thanksgiving and Christmas causing more than a week of no work-outs. Then I had the flu for a week which also resulted in no work-outs. In January, school started again so with me working full-time and going to school full-time I have not worked out. My boyfriend has continued P90X without me. I have started eating shakeology nightly and continued to drop to a size 2. I am hoping to start working out in the mornings now, to build some muscle. :)

We restarted P90X on 03/22/10, are working out every morning and enjoying Shakeology every day :) So far so good!!!

Fell off the wagon again :( Tested for a new job, which required me to not work out for 3 days! UGH and then I ran out of Shakeology!!! BOOOO!!! But it's on now!
