Well, I guess I am "slim built with a bit of a spare tire!" I have always been lanky before I joined the Navy in '92 (joined at 138). Got out of the Navy in '96 at 154 without any real signs of muscle. That has never been something I was able to achieve because of my lack of knowledge on how to eat when I worked out. Eating has always been the problem!
