My name is Dave and I have been working out for about 20 years, mostly
jogging, mountain biking, and hiking, combined with sit-ups, push ups, and
using stairs wherever I can find them. I have done allot of cardio stuff on my
own. I have never really been able to get the ripped look I wanted even
though I was in good shape. Then one night I saw the Beachbody infomercial

I have lost track of what round of P90X I am on and I still enjoy the workouts even after over 500 logged in workouts in wowy. I just got surgery done to repair a torn menicus 5 days ago and am now slowly getting back to the X. I am limited to what I can do but missing the workouts feels worse.
