I've been on high blood pressure for the past two years and, right now, I'm at the highest weight ever. Have absolutely no energy at all!! I'm at the point in my life that I'm tired of not living life to it's fullest. My weight holds me back from so many things.

I had a very personal tramatic incident happen to me three years ago, which I am on my road to recovery. I know deep in my heart that getting my body in shape and feeling good about ME again will make a huge difference in aiding in my recovery.

I've made many goals in life and have NEVER followed through with any of them. Change starts NOW!! I'm so excited about this program and, for once in my life, I actually believe in something. Through this program, I'm determined to lose 30-35 lbs, eat healthier, tone and firm my body and feel better than I ever have in my life. Ready to make fitness a lifestyle for I know that exercise effects the body, mind and soul. It starts on the inside! You feel better, then the outside, you look better, and finally the mind, you are able to think better.
