I never liked being out of shape and have always tried to maintain my health. Like a lot of people though at times I've been bogged down with work and bad eating habits which led me to be overweight at times.

It took me about 6 months to get to where I am at now. Although 25lbs. (approx.) is not a lot to lose per se, it was tough for me. In the past I have given up on many work-out programs because I just couldn't get the final results I wanted. The P90-X routine has made it fun and effective to get closer to my final fitness goal. The eating plan has made it easier to know what to eat and when to eat it; I imagine if I didn't cheat on my eating so much I'd be in even better shape but I haven't given up. My Coach Doug has been there to assist whenever I have needed a question answered and has sent out helpful suggestions to everyone on his team based on the emails I have seen so I thank him too for where I have gotten thus far. I am looking forward to doing P90X for the 3rd time starting 10-8-07, I would like to add a little more muscle hopefully to my upper and lower arms, my calves, lose 2 inches at the waist to be a solid 34" and also be more cut and more hard. When I get there I will be so happy. I highly recommend anyone that does the program use as many of the products on beachbody.com as possible. I think that using P90X recovery drink and some creatine is critical to one's success in the program; taking some protien as well is always important in building muscle and having enough energy to keep it going in a 90-day cycle. I'm going on 44 and just getting better thanks to P90X and can't wait to see what I look like at 45.
