Hello and welcome,my name is Kris I'm 36 always been somewhat active until about 2 1/2 years ago when i just let my body kinda go,maybe getting married and having a son had something to do with this or I just got very comfortable with life. Before i started p90x back in early April i was weighing in at 218. So what i did before i started was a 7 day master cleanse fast and that brought my weight down to 208 and now I'm at 205 and lost 3 More ...
Before i started p90x back in early April i was weighing in at 218. So what i did before i started was a 7 day master cleanse fast and that brought my weight down to 208 and now I'm at 205 and lost 3 inches off my waist. The first day of p90x i didn't even finish,burned my self out and almost puked. I was trying to relive the past and you need to slowly work your way back from were you came from. Started out doing 6-8 pull ups at a time and 30 push ups at a time and now I'm up to 18-20 pull ups and 45 push ups at a time,so p90x works big time!
A must if your doing this workout is the awesome tasting recovery drink. I'm also using shakology for some meal replacements.
