In 1999, Bryan did the Bill Phillips' Body-for-LIFE program and twice completed the Body of Work Challenge, surpassing the achievements of 94% of all competitors who entered the competition.
Since then Bryan has "maintained", but isn't in the best shape of his life anymore. He will use P90X to get back into shape and succeed.

I am now past the half-way point of P90X Classic and I am looking and feeling great! I am gaining muscle and have more stamina than before. Things are excellent.

Currently, I am 52 and fit, but I need to get better. I Swing dance and this past Saturday night I realized I couldn't keep up with some other dancers.
It has been so easy in the past, but now it's getting more difficult to keep up. So, here we go with P90X to get me back into my 1999 shape (10% body fat)!

12/26/09 Well, I did it! Finished P90X — wasn't sure it was possible at first. I feel and look so much better and now I am looking forward to starting it all over again.

I'm More ... 11/29/09 Just added the new measurements for the second month. Not much in changes, but I know I am stronger, fitter and have more endurance.
Next month... 11/23/09 Amazing... I made it this far!
