I was recently laid off in March and am working a temporary job until I find something permanent. There isn't much for me to do in this job because they really haven't trained me on much. So, I have had some time on my hands.

With that time, I've been able to organize a lot of my life and focus on my health and fitness. I started tracking my calories and eating healthier. I cut out coffee and pop and strictly drink water now. I get ATLEAST 8 cups a day, which was a huge feat for me.

Now...I really need to start excercising. I have a gym membership, but I hate being inside when it's nice out. I have been walking every night for the past week and a half, but I need more. I love cardio!

I heard so much about P90X, so I looked into it. As I was reading about it, I started to get intimidated. I kept reading on and found where it stated that customers should try Power 90 or Slim in 6 first before diving in to P90X.

Well...I did it! I purchased Power 90 and can't wait to get started!

I'm 5'3" and I weigh 145 lbs. My goal weight is 120 and to be toned and stronger than I am today.
