I of course have always been "big boned" which is just another way of saying...."too big for my frame". That has always been the topic of conversation at family gathering..."she has nice features"...but she's a little too "healthy". I never realized how important being fit or having a lean physique can impact your life both externally and internally. I of course turn to food for my comfort zone. Happy...time to eat, sad...time to eat, morning...time to eat, lunch...time to eat....and the list goes on and on. I of course don't even enjoy what it is that I'm eating. What a shame. Because I choose high calorie and nutritiously deficient foods...it ends up showing on my face and I breakout leaving me with horrible scars on my face. Well, I'm tired. I done wondering "what kind of body is really under all this fat". I think the fat has no place to go, so how does working out really gonna do anything. Nonetheless, I am going to do 90 days and see what happens. Hopefully the only thing I have to lose is FAT. Perhaps, what they say will really be true out of all of this....I will get more attention, feel good about myself, have more energy, etc. Maybe I may even be able to share my joy with someone. Well my goal is to lose 40 lbs. I don't think I can do it, but we will see. The only thing that is going to work in all of this is DIET & EXERCISE. NO juice diet, or carb only, yo-yo diet will ever do. It's all about checks and balances.
