God is good and sufficient in life and turned it around real quick. saved before the camp but basically redidicated my life there. favorite verse id 2 corinthians 12:9-10 which completely accociates itself with the workin out cause i am made strong in the lord through my weakness. completely stoked about the p90x. my dad at 47 did it and looks amazing so i hope to kick his butt. i am in the power lifting class at my school. we focus on being bigger faster and stronger than the rest. my maxes as of the last week of school was bench:220; push-press:185; power cleans:185; squat:315; and dead lift:405. my coach is vance gale who played for the atlanta falcons and a runnin back. amazing man. my sport is swimming. laugh all you want but try swimmin a 50 free in 24.9 off the black your first year and a 100fly in 1:14 your first year. love every minute of it. 17 years old and doin the p90x, hope i inspire every1.
