I am a 30 year old College student (again). I used to work in the research and develpement field and found my self just absolutely hating what I did. Through College and the my first six years with this company I drank very heavily, I was a smoker and my only exercise was the occasional softball game or an Adult Baseball league that I played in. During this time my weight slowy started to creep up

Up to this point I have achieved my results by working the power 90 program to its fullest. In my First round I would do my cardio and sculpt, altenating the two everyother day. This led me to loosing More ...
Up to this point I have achieved my results by working the power 90 program to its fullest. In my First round I would do my cardio and sculpt, altenating the two everyother day. This led me to loosing over 30 lbs and 30 inches overall. I ended up not finishing the full 90 days because I became complacent and content with where I was at. In my second round I lost another 10 lbs and once again became content and did not finish. when it came to eating I was very strict about following Michi's ladder and making sure that I only ate foods that were in the top two teirs and I kept my daily intake of calories around 1500, which gave me about a 1500 calorie deficet. This Time around I plan on following the exact same thing, since it worked so well the first couple of times. The only difference that I am making is my goal is to not be content when I Start seeing results, but only be content when I have finished the entire 90.
