My daughter started P90X this summer and each day I helped her track her workouts and gave her encouragement. I was blown away with the results she had over 90 days. After watching her do the entire program I knew I was no way ready to start p90x, you would have found me dead in the garage after a workout like that. So I started with Power 90.

11 days into Power 90 I was feeling great and had already noticed a few pounds slipping away and sleeping better. I got a great deal of help from my team Beachbody coach to stay motivated. He was doing the same thing for me that I was doing for my daughter over the summer.

I have just completed day 30 of Power 90 and I am feeling great. I have lost 18 pounds and I am now down to 285. Waist size has gone from a 42 to a 39. I have way more energy and sleep a 100x better at night. I am starting to eat better but still treat my self once a week to what you could call junk food like pizza. Now I eat 2 slices instead of the whole pizza.

Day 60 update. Still going strong and having fun. I switched to the 3/4 sculpt but still on sweat 1/2 maybe another week or so. Weight is down to 265 and I am in a size 36. This is great... Posted new 60 day pics.

If I can say one thing, take the program one day at a time. You may only be able to do push ups on your knees but one day you will being doing them standard. Also write it down what weights your using how many reps. If you keep pushing play you will see and feel results little by little. Also make sure you take your pictures every 30 days they alone will keep you motivated.
