I am a 41 year old outside salesman. I am married and have five children. I work for a wholesale distribution company in the northwest so I travel a lot. I am currently working on completing my MBA program through the University of Phoenix. My brother and I are starting on the p90x program together. He has a major promotion coming up this year and the fitness test for him is in June. For me personally, I work better when I know somoene is watching and is not afraid to call my excuses lame. Two years ago I started to work on making every area of my life better. I recently completed my bachelors degree, and I am over half done with my MBA. I have made several changes in my personal life, and it is time to get the six pack I have bragged to my children I would have for over 5 years now. Time to quit talking and start working. Power 90 made me fit, p90x is going to make me ripped. I personally believe that when we feel good about ourselves we perform better in all areas of our lives. Making changes in my life everyday is what I am all about. My brother and I both believe, that if we are going to commit to something, we might as well make it worth the time we put into it.

Transformation story

I was a college athlete, but my life became so busy that it was hard to stay fit. I always talked about doing something to change it, but convinced myself I was too busy. While my brother was in Iraq he made a decision to come back from his tour in great shape. He told me what he was doing even though it was supposed to be a secret. I told him I had been interested in p90x, but it looked like it would be too hard for me just starting out. My brother introduced me to Power 90, and it was perfect for me with my traveling schedule. I completed Power 90 at the end of January, but I ignored the nutrition part of the equation so I do not look much different. The program made me very fit, but just like the book said, I did not look like it. I have decided to follow the nutrition guidelines for p90x because if I am going to all this work, I want everyone to see the results. I am starting p90x within a day of my brother who is now back from Iraq. So once I hit play for the first time, there is no quitting for me. I have to at least keep pace with my brother since we will both see the rest of the family at the same time in early June. Besides, I never start anything that I do not plan to finish, and can you imagine having to listen to him if I don't bring it?
