Transformation story

After having 4 kids, it only got harder to take off the weight. After a while I
kind of gave up. At the beginning of 2008, I decided this cant be me. I can
not settle for this. I finally More ...
After having 4 kids, it only got harder to take off the weight. After a while I
kind of gave up. At the beginning of 2008, I decided this cant be me. I can
not settle for this. I finally too the step to becoming certified in Turbo Kick.
Its a fun workout! You don't even realize how hard you worked until your
done, and it feels good! I spent several months doing the workouts at home
to get use to teaching. THe harder I worked, the less I wanted to eat. Fast
food immediately left my mind. I focused on getting my energy back, my
confidence. In January 2008 I weighed 210 lbs. In February 2009, I now weigh
170! I am going for a goal weight of atleast 150-160. I am now at a healthy
weight and no longer considered obese. I feel great and will continue to make
a healthy life for myself and my kids!
