I am 58 living in rural Arizona. Weight control has been a lifelong issue.
I have a brother and a sister. My sister has managed to remain slim. She is
the only one in the family to do so.
I am single and have a 5-year-old shepherd-mix that weighs 60 pounds.
I work at the VA Medical Center as a Humon Resources Assistant.
I am active in Toastmasters and TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly).
