Coxsackie, NY My name is Caitlin and I'm 27 years old. I graduated college in 2007 with dual majors in Business & Finance and minors in Accounting, International Business, Business Analysis & Economics. I am working as an Accountant at an organization that helps enable and empower people with disabilities.
I used to be strong and in good shape, but during college my diet consisted of late-night delivery and I didn't have a regular exercise habit. I've always been involved with Beachbody, but never fully-committed. I went to Camp Turbo Kick in 2009, and it was a trip that would forever change my life. I learned so much and saw people that were who I wanted to be. I CAN reach my goals--I AM THE ONLY THING STOPPING ME! Being at Camp fired up my passion for fitness and I am looking for friends to come on this fitness journey with me! I made a goal @ Camp in 2009 to become a Beachbody Coach (which I did the month after camp) and to become a Turbo Kick Instructor some time in 2010. I also achieved this goal in April of 2010! It's so exciting and fun to teach others something I love so much. I also got certified in PiYo (a pilates/yoga blend) and Hustle (a hip-hop dance class) and I'm currently teaching at my local YMCA and another local gym :) I went to Camp Turbo Kick in July 2010 and 2011 and learned so much more about discipline and how to be successful! I'm trying to progress every day. We're all a work in progress ;) I've lost about 35 pounds since January 2010 through Turbo Jam.
My goals are to be happier, healthier and more confident. I'm planning my wedding to my high-school-sweetheart. We have been dating almost 13 years and are planning an October 2012 wedding. I know how I want to feel when all eyes are on me and I'm working towards that feeling!
I have been using Beachbody products (though I MUST admit--not as consistently as I should have been!) since the Great Body Guaranteed Series was on VHS!!! I have watched Beachbody grow into the hugely successful company that it is today. I believe in Beachbody and their products whole-heartedly. Beachbody and their trainers are changing lives one person, and one workout, at a time. I love being a part of this! I've always loved helping people and making them feel good! As a coach, I'm part of the Platinum Presenters team, a group of coaches who have had AMAZING success. With them behind me and my own passion for fitness, I would love to be able to help keep you accountable and create some positive changes in your life! And you're someone who can keep me accountable and who I can share my ups and downs with on this road to a lifestyle change!
My favorite workout is Turbo, though I have worked out using Great Body Guaranteed, Hip Hop Abs, Power 90, Ten Minute Trainer, ChaLean Extreme, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Fire, Slim in 6, pilates, yoga, and other random workouts! Because of all these workouts, I've had some experience with most of the trainers at Beachbody. I'm committed to achieving my goals and am going to work hard to reach them. Join Me!

I've been working out regularly for almost 3 years now, but my diet has been terrible. I would eat food because it tasted good, not because I was hungry or needed it. I'm learning to take control of this. Since I've cut back on my caloric intake, I've lost over 35 pounds :) It feels great! I just want to keep pushing and keep losing weight. Something I've also struggled with is my "all-or-nothing" mentality. For a really long time I would try to be "perfect". For example, I would make a plan to start a workout program, make the schedule and use the diet plan and if I missed one workout or didn't stick to my diet COMPLETELY, I would "start over" the following week (...or month!) and try to be perfect again. But I'm not perfect and I can't keep starting over because I slipped up. I've now learned that consistency is more important than perfection. So if I make a mistake, I'm learning not to punish myself and keep making mistakes. I'm learning to keep trying and making positive changes. I think these changes I've been making are moving me towards my goals. I'm not on a DIET. I'm changing my lifestyle from one that was very unhealthy to one that's more balanced and happier!

11/07/10 Ok, week one is done. I worked out 5 days this week. My goal was for 6, so I came up a little short. I missed the strength workouts for Power 90, but I did additional cardio on More ... 11/01/10 OK, I need to get moving! I've been plateaued since basically July. And it's no fault except my own!
