I live in Southern California. I'm a software consultant so I travel every week, Sunday through Thursday. It makes it hard to eat right when I'm in a hotel and eating out every meal. I just bought the 10 minute series and I love the exercises because I can take the DVD and resistance bands with me in my suitcase and play them on my laptop. 12-2009 Made it through the holidays and still managed to lose weight! I'm am tickled pink about my success and want to send special thanks to my coach and buddies for keeping me on track and motivated! My measurements are better than I ever dreamed and I have had to update my target several times now because I keep sailing right past them. I am so pleased with Team Beachbody! I never dreamed anything like this was possible!!!

10-2009 Well here we are two and a half months later and I couldn't be happier! I've lost even more weight than my original goal and over 6 inches off my waist alone!!
With the help of my coach and buddies I achieved more than I ever thought possible! Now that I have lost the weight, I think I'll shift focus to core and sculpting.

Everything changed after 40! I used to be able to eat anything I wanted and never really work out. I walk every morning 3 to 4 miles but that doesn't seem to do anything for my figure or weight. I've had 15 pounds sneak up on me and I really want them to go away. Being over 40 I also want to get in better shape so I'm here for many decades to come. Traveling full-time doesn't help. Staying in a hotel 4 to 5 days a week and eating out 3 meals a day is rough! I bring the resistance bands and DVD with me in my luggage and am determined to change my life. We have a vacation this summer that will require a bikini and I'm determined not to be embarassed by my figure!!
