Retired, married, grandfather, 57 yrs old, who walks and jogs, mostly walking, 6 days a week for 3-5 miles. 6'3" tall and weigh 275. Had a complete left knee replacement in Oct 2008. Knee still tightens up quite a bit after sitting. I wear a doctor recommended knee brace on the other knee. Can't do exercises that involve very much knee bending.
Began at 330lbs in January '08. Started walking

Began at 330lbs in January '08. Started walking at changed eating habits. Got down to 255 by July '08 and kept it off until knee replacement in Oct '08. Began putting it back on, big surprise:), in January and now up to 275 even though I'm walking again, even more, and jogging some during each walk. Not eating as well as I did, but not way out of control, so need to add more exercise, and different kinds, but not involving lots of knee bending.
