My name is Cameron, and I am a completely different person then I was this time last year. In April of 2007, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, and the pregnancy left my body a complete wreck. I was miserable. I hated the way I looked, and I could not even stand for my husband to look at me. It was the most depressing time in my life. I decided that I was not going to let the condition of my My name is Cameron, and I am a completely different person then I was this time last year. I hated the way I looked, and I could not even stand for my husband to look at me. It was the most depressing time in my life. I decided that I was not going to let the condition of my body keep me from fully enjoying my life, and my new family. As of today I have lost 63 pounds, and feel better than I ever have. I will never let myself slip back into that unhealthy lifestyle, because the ending result of my hard work feels way to good!
I am having surgery Feb 26th, and will be recovering for the next few weeks.

After having my son, I came home from the hospital 187 pounds. I was 120 when I got pregnant. I had completely let myself go, and the depression that came along with this transformation was almost unbareable. I couldn't enjoy the things a new mom should be treasuring, and I decided that it was time to do something about it. I completely changed my diet, and started doing one fitness DVD in a small rectangle in my bedroom five or six days a week. When I started to loose some weight, and become stronger, I also added some strength training to my routine three days a week. I am now stronger, leaner, and HAPPIER than I have ever been in my life, and I really want to help others feel that amazing satisfaction and pride.
