I am a mother of two beautiful kids Juliana and Jeremiah. At the age of 30, I was pregnant with my second child I was restricted to complete bed rest for 2 months. I gained 25 lbs in 2 months. I could tell that my metabolism had slowed down drastically and with the weight gain I was always tired. This year my son turned two and my kids are having fun in the south with their grandparents. This is my opportunity to get back the old energizer me and get back in shape.
