My name is Candace.
In the beginning, I didn't know quite what to do with the whole coaching side of things. Now, that I reflect back it was because I didn't even have a grasp as to what I wanted to do with my life and fitness. I didn't have a plan. I would go up and down on the scale dealing with emotions I wasn't even aware of. So last year I decided that I was sick of this and that. I got down to the bottom of it! Come to find out and it was hard to swallow, I would eat my emotions. Realizing this it was now time for a change. I am sick of this, ready for a change, and I am going to need accountability.
I have many excuses that I could use: my job, college, being a wife, cleaning my house, etc., but I don't. I do it. I exercise and tell myself everyday that if I don't do it I will be letting some myself down. I do it for me. When I am having a bad day, I complain a little and then snap out of it. Once I push myself to do the work out, the endorphins start to kick in. Yes! This is what I was waiting for. It is the best feeling in the world because you get that rush and once you complete that work out, it OVER. Then, you can move on with the rest of your day!
On a more personal note, my husband is my accountability partner. He is definitely someone who talks me through my struggles and pushes me to be a better person in general. Once in awhile, you know, you just feel like there are so many obstacles and why is it so much work?
What do you mean it isn't like the infomercial and a great body appears?! lol.
Then, I come back to earth and realize...ah, yes! I am HUMAN! Needless to say working out, is work. If you can commit, work hard, and pull through it you will succeed. Eventually, you’ll find the person underneath is even more amazing then the person you already are today! ;)

Now let's get started!!
