I've been an athlete all my life got injuried in college have bad knees and told that I had to restrict my workouts and since have just become unhappy with the way I look and the weight I have gained. I want to improve looks and lose the added weight I have gained since college.

I have started working out for many reasons to feel more confident get rid of my insecurties about myself, be fit, and so that I can feel happy with myself and the way I look not ashamed or embassared as I feel now. I have been dieting for the last 5 years with no real luck quieting and starting over 100 times nothing seems to work everything seems like a failure this time things are going very slow but their is weight loss I hope the coming weeks and the help from my coach will help keep me on track and reach my goals.
