I'll keep it short and sweet.I'm 39 years old and I just want to stay in the best shape possible for as long as possible.I was born in Jacksonville (GO JAGS!!!!!!!!!) and moved to Miami 12 years ago. And you know you gotta look good in Miami. Anyway I grew up playing the three major sports (football,basketball and baseball)and I still love it.But my body is telling me...(you're not as young as you use to be).I'm all about fitness and used to be a personal trainer in Ponte vedra, Fla; very close to Marsh Landings (host to PGA's South Fl. Golf Tournaments),but that was about 50 or 60 pounds ago.A leg injury ,resulting in poor circulation, really slowed me down but I'm not out. I consider this my rebirth to fitness and i realize that my only goal is to live and breath an active lifestyle. I've done it all from sports to biking to jogging to weights to aerobics. Believe it or not ,without knowledge of anyone else doing it , I introduce incorporating aerobic and anaerobic exercise into one workout. But anyway let's stay focused here. Turbo Jam is my new addiction and I can't get enough. And I mix and match it with weights, biking,walking...basically whatever my body allows.If I haven't learned anything else I've learned to listen to my body. If I'm doing too much I ease off...too little I push myself. Whatever it takes I'm going to reach my goal.Besides I have a loving wife of 7 years who supports me and a thirteen year old son who works out with me more often than not. That plus all the other factors keep me motivated and I'm cool with that. So there you go take it or leave it. Message to all:Give it your best and don't cheat yourself.
