TUALATIN, OR I'm a stay-at-home mom to a 3 and a half year old. After I had him, I dropped all my baby weight + another 15 pounds. I was the slimmest and most fit I'd ever been in my life (lugging around a baby all day, constantly taking him out in the stroller, barely sleeping, no time to indulge in snax...) After I moved from Hawaii to Oregon in Nov. 2007, I put on 10 pound almost instantly. (My first I'm a stay-at-home mom to a 3 and a half year old. After I had him, I dropped all my baby weight + another 15 pounds. I was the slimmest and most fit I'd ever been in my life (lugging around a baby all day, constantly taking him out in the stroller, barely sleeping, no time to indulge in snax...) After I moved from Hawaii to Oregon in Nov. 2007, I put on 10 pound almost instantly. (My first winter in four years, the move being really stressful, my son walking more and requiring less physical care...) All in all, I let myself go, and have been trying to lose those 10 lb. again. I made a little headway this past winter, jogging every other day, watching what I ate, working out w/ weights 3x per week...but after a monthlong battle with bronchitis, I gained the couple pounds I lost back. I did Power90 with my husband back in 2001, and though I liked Tony's coaching style, I got minimal results from it. I saw a P90x infomercial and really wanted to get super-fit (and lose all that bodyfat I'd put on)... Can't wait to get back to my happy place of 112-114 lbs!
