My personal goal is to now get ready for backpacking season. I want to go on a trip in late June. I will be hiking at least 15 miles a day for 6 days. With a pack that I'm hoping I can keep in the weight range of 20-30 lbs.

Okay! So it has been more than two weeks since my snowshoeing expedition at Craters of the Moon. I had a blast. It was tough, but not as tough as I thought it would be. Thanks to Beachbody, Wowy and all my friends that I have met on Wowy. Without you, I never would have been able to do it.

In fact, I loved it so much that I actually went back the weekend after, all alone and hiked the whole route by myself. It was great. There's nothing like the feeling of being able to push yourself without the fear of not being able to finish what you start. I now know that I don't need to worry, I just need to keep exercising.
