More statistics| carsonic I used to exercise a few times a week. Then we had kids. They took up all of our time. Finally, when they were a little older, I started Tae Kwon Do. I did that for a year and got healthier, but didn't lose much weight; although, the sparring sessions were intense. We moved and I haven't found a good TKD center with hours that worked for us. It's been six weeks. P90 3-4 Sculpt is getting easier. The AB 200 gets tough at the end. I am still doing the Sculpt 1-2 but I think that I am ready to move up to 3-4. Only the narrow More ... | ?
