I have always been a big guy. Not huge, just big enough to lose the weight. Meeting a group of people online that motivate each other is all I need to keep going. It really is. I am here for you, you are here for me. Accountability and fun. I AM LIVING PROOF THAT THIS WORKS AND ANYONE CAN DO THIS!
I work out 6x week for 30-40 min a day. I used to be on my couch doing nothing! THIS...........REALLY.........WORKS!
