It will be a year since last attempted P90X. A lot has happen since then. I had a beautiful baby boy, started a new job and am in school to finish my BA. I am determined to lose the baby weight and the rest of the weight I was already planning to lose.
*Pre-Pregnancy October 2010-I am currently doing P90X. I have knocked down Phase 1 and I am currently in Phase 2. I have to say I am a different person from Day 1. Doing regular push-ups was hard for me, I craved all sorts of foods all the time, I did not have energy to last me throughout the day. Even though it's been a little more than a month since I started, I feel like a stronger and better me. I have so much energy from drinking Shakeology and I need it because I am not only doing P90X, I also do Turbo Kick (gym version of Turbo Jam) at the gym at least 5 days a week. Working out with Tony every morning, I have learned that I have so much potential that is waiting to be discovered. I learned that if I can't do something, I can make steps to be able to do it. I feel so much more confident and I do more in an hour with P90X that I have ever done. I have already lost 10 pounds in this month alone and I can't wait to see my Day 90 results (on Christmas) and to start Insanity on January 3 (I would love for you to join me). With Beachbody, I have gained the confidence to become a Beachbody coach, obtain my Turbo Kick certification and I am now working on my personal trainer certification. Decide. Commit. Succeed. It's so easy. And it's worth all the effort!
