Transformation story

I lost 50 lb in 2011 -- from 298 pounds down to 248. More than 50 lb of FAT was lost, as I gained some lean.
I still have more to lose:
-my current fat % is 24.9.

I lost 50 lb in 2011 -- from 298 pounds down to 248. More than 50 lb of FAT was lost, as I gained some lean.
I still have more to lose:
-my current fat % is 24.9.
-this is apparently "average" for my age and sex.
-I won't settle for average :)
-my current weight and body comp says I would have about 188 lb lean, which is a LOT.

Once I see 210 lb, I will be less than 11% fat, and I will have a set of abs that can make a sound of a xloyphone, :)

I enjoy weight training the most of any fitness activity. I want to gain strength, not get much bigger, and get leaner.

I use the Bodybugg since February of 2011. I quite like it.

I welcome others who enjoy encouragement and goal setting.

I have a thread on attitude called "Cattitude" in the Maintaining Results Section, and it has also been made into a book.
