More statistics| cav23 miami, FL Iam married with 3 kids. I love working out and running. I love to help people reach there fitness goals. That is the one of the reason I became a coach. In 2009 I went from 215 to 180. I have done P90X and Insanity. I drink shakeology and recovery drink. I'm training for a marathon. In 2012 I be doing P90X2.
