absolutely love the program. Every other day I run on the treadmill to get
back into running shape. Since the program started I have lost 10 pounds
and have had more energy than I have had in a long time. I definitely
recommend the P90X recovery drink. IT WORKS!
03/28/2008 - I am know in week 6 of P90X. The results are starting to show.
I am toning up pretty fast. Is that P90X, ActiVit Multi-Vitamins, and P90X
protein bars are assisting me on a daily basis. Keep pressing on!
8/06/08 - Yes! Yes! and Yes! Tony Horton and Carl Daikeler - Thank you for
giving me the opportunity to change my life physically and financially. I stuck
with P90X and completed it at the end of May. I was able to work 84 hour
weeks this summer and fit in Tony Horton's P90XPlus. Currently, I am in week
4 of P90X again. I love it because as Tony says, it isn't some magic pill. It is
plain hard work. What a feeling of accomplishment when you are done.
Whatever shape you are in right now, you can do something about it. If you
workout today you are in better shape than you were the day before. I
encourage you to keep the days rolling. Push play, play hard, and share with

01/03/09- It is time to start round 3 of P90X. For the past few months I have
been running, doing P90X+, and one on one Tony Horton's killer abs. I
recommend killer abs!!! I competed in a road race for the first time in about
three years. Thanks to these programs I ran a great time.
02/07/09 I am starting week 6 already. With the help of some others, I have
adjusted my nutrition and am starting to bulk up. The six pack is starting to
come alive. I am pushing harder than ever and loving every single muscle
fiber that twitches.
5/18/09 Round 3 is finished and in the past. I am know in Week 4 of Round
4 of P90X. My favorite supplemental workout is Medicine ball Cardio Core.
My body has been transformed from one that was "loose" to one that has
tone. The most important transformation came from my blood work. My
pre-P90X blood work showed very low HDL and borderline high LDL. Post
blood work was awesome. HDL was above 60, which is great, and my LDL was
lowered to an appropriate range.
1/12/10 - It is been awhile since I have updated. I have altered my P90X workout routine to target building more muscle. Since my last update I have met every goal and have continued to use Tony Horton's P90X and one-on-ones to get me to my goals. I am a ramping up my workouts. My workouts will be the same but I have added a weighted vest to the routine. Plus I am concentrating on the last three reps and making them count. I have also added some variety to me meal plans. The Abs Diet book is a strong recommendation. The author does a great job telling the why behind. Plus there are some great food concoctions as well.
03/29/10 - To keep the motivation ramped up, I am borrowing great workout from another BeachBody coach. It is a hybrid of P90X and Insanity. I am currently in Week 5 and absolutely enjoy the challenge. I have also began reading another book called The Primal Blueprint. The core concepts in this book are now part of my nutrition plan as well. I was pumped to hear from two of my customers today. BeachBody is about networking and motivating each other. Keep contacting me!!!

1/15/2011 - Since my last past I have completed another round of Insanity, P90X and Insanity Hybrid and I am two weeks away from completing a P90X/Insanity/One on One Hybrid. For the first 10 weeks, I used a weighted vest to increase push or pulling more mass. Results - Week 11 No vest - I was a plus 20 increase in number of reps. Pretty solid considering I compared my it against my personal best each exercise, each round. Nutrition is on track and I am making huge fitness gains. I am about 20 workouts from completing my 1,000 WOWY workout. Team Beachbody works!!! Also, I am pleased to have several customers join on as a Team Beachbody Coach. Establishing new relationships and helping people gain their fitness and business goals has been a privilege.
5/7/11 - I am in Day #20 of the Insanity Asylum.
9/14/2011 - Update - Asylum is finished and in the books. I am currently in another round of P90X which I believe makes round 7. I started week 7 yesterday. After this round I will be doing a hybrid of One On Ones/Insanity/Asylum to get ready for P90X2. Shakeology has become a staple in my nutrition as well.
1/2/12 - STARTED P90X2 - I look forward to the next 90 days!
