My name is Carlos B. I am 35 yrs old. I am an Officer in the USAF stationed in Phoenix, AZ. Growing up I was the lil kid that always got picked on. In my 20s I was never active until I turned 28ish. I began to workout and see some results. I started running at 33 and since then I have completed 4 half marathons, a 15 miler and 2 full marathons. I found that running was the best thing for me to keep the weight off. In May 09 I ran my last marathon. Shortly after that my family was in transition for 3 months and I picked up 20 lbs. Also, I suffered a heal injury which has limited my running. So here I am at 205, heaviest weight ever... so I am sick and tired of being sick and tired; my uniform doesn't fit like before and I feel awful. I am suppose to be a warrior and ready for combat at any notice and I am not. So I started Nutrisystem and P90X on the same day. So here it goes...
