I can't believe that it's been a little over thirty days since starting on the "X". Every day is a challenge and everyday I wake up looking forward to another workout. The aches are worth it 'cause I More ...
I can't believe that it's been a little over thirty days since starting on the "X". Every day is a challenge and everyday I wake up looking forward to another workout. The aches are worth it 'cause I know that in order to build up, you gotta break it down. I'm feeling a difference in how my jeans and pants ride on my waist. The looser fit lets me know that everyday my efforts are rewarded. I haven't lost that much on the weight side of things but building muscle is more weighty than fat, so I'm satisfied. I thought that I had some "guns" before the "X" but now I'm noticing that I'm carrying around a lot more of the "ammo" with them. I can't wait to see what the 2nd round doing doubles will do for me!
I am finishing the second set of 30 days tonight and feel absolutely great! The holidays were tough, but even though I didn't follow the eating plan exactly. I sacrificed some things to make way for the junk stuff that comes with this time of year. I just did my weigh in and measurement stuff for the 60th day and even though the weight isn't coming off that quickly, I know that I am building more muscle just from the increase in body definition and mass. I am really pumped for the next 30 days so that I can see what really will take place. The things that "I currently struggled with" in the beginning are getting to be less and less of a struggle and now I can bring up the intensity on others.
