I had not been doing any regular exercise for about 5 years when I started Turbo Jam. I was feeling like a middle aged woman with a middle aged spread that I hated. When I started Turbo Jam at the end More ...
I had not been doing any regular exercise for about 5 years when I started Turbo Jam. I was feeling like a middle aged woman with a middle aged spread that I hated. When I started Turbo Jam at the end of March 2006 I could hardly make it through 5 minutes. Now in June 2010 I can do two workouts back to back easily. I love Turbo Jam, ChaLEAN Extreme and Hip Hop Abs! They continue to be fun and there are not too many things can stop me from having my workout 6 days per week! Since beginning with Turbo Jam I have added hip Hop Abs, P90X and now ChaLEAN Extreme to my collection of workout choices. ChaLEAN Extreme has transformed my body. I took a new photo just before starting ChaLEAN Extreme so I will post the before and after pictures soon. I still use Turbo Jam and Hip Hop abs for cardio.

I feel so much better now. I have energy, I sleep well, I feel good about my body again, and my goal right now is to be able to wear a bikini this summer! I'm a lot more fun to be around too!

I attended CAMP Turbo Kick in California in summer of 2007 and got certified to teach Turbo Kick! I returned to CAMP Turbo Kick summer of 2009 for the motivation and fitness high that can only be realized by attending such an event.

I have just ordered TURBO FIRE and am extremely excited to begin this new program.
