I am 28 years old. I am married to a very supportive wife (even if I stayed fat). I have one child, a daughter who is 1. And last I have a awesome dog Winston, a mutt but looks just like a pointer.

I had been always healthy and active my whole life all the way up to about 23, then something happened were I just got lazy a tired. Between owning a home getting married going to school and working, I always had an excuse I went from 185 to 225 it seemed like overnight.

I knew I wanted to change. I went out and bought a Gym Membership and started to go but then I started making excuses again, and before long I was paying my monthly dues to the gym but never going.

I have just started the P90x program on Feb 14th. I am really motivated to do well and get back to the shape I was in. I am going to the Gym 2-3 times a week to run a couple of miles along with the P90x program. I really think this is going to work and will keep you posted on my progress, days 30-60-90.
