I am a man getting ready to leave for the usmc (united states marine corps) in feburary. i am in already great shape but still am not good enough for a perfect 300 on my pt...its a way to score your physical preformance...3 main test...3 miles in under 18 min to be perfect. i am at 20 min about...20 pullups...i am at 18...hundred marine corps setups in under two min...i am at 118...already
