Hello, my name is Chad. I'm 44 yrs old, 5' 10", when I started this program I weighed 162 lbs. I just finished my 13th week with "P90X". I now weigh 155 lbs.,I feel and look good. I want to thank Tony for all the encouragement he's given me. He's a great fitness trainer, and motivator. He makes you push yourself, but is also concerned about my well being. Thank you Tony. Also I've never missed a work-out no matter what. When I start something I like to finish it. I'm happy with the results thus far. After my 90 days, I plan on continuing to work out at my local health club, and also use my P90X discs.
