Hello! My name is Bethany and I am 26 years old and living near Minot, ND. My husband is in the Air Force and we moved here almost 2 1/2 years ago. I joined the Beachbody community when I started P90X and have since become a coach. I decided to become a coach because I have gotten great results from the P90X program, love the products and most of all believe in the mission of the company. Also, last year I witnessed a very obese man have a seizure followed by a heart attack. The paramedics came and took him away, but I found out the next day he passed away. Twenty minutes before this man had a heart attack he walked up three flights of stairs. Instead of being depressed and frustrated (since his death was completely preventable), I decided to commit to changing the lives of other people. My motto is, fit today, here tomorrow.
