hello, im charlene from florida , I have two children and been married for 7 years, my weight has always been up and down , and i have tried many many diets , It seems when ever i try any type of program for the first two days i always get a headache? whats up with that?anyways I have started this program on a thursday jan4 and im typing on the 5th of jan my second w/o and i am feelin hello, im charlene from florida , I have two children and been married for 7 years, my weight has always been up and down , and i have tried many many diets , It seems when ever i try any type of program for the first two days i always get a headache? whats up with that?anyways I have started this program on a thursday jan4 and im typing on the 5th of jan my second w/o and i am feelin pretty sore on my legs im on the slim n six, and i am very excited aboutthis , i thinkplanning to eat right and no what the foods you should eat at what time is trickier than the work outs..... but I know i will stick to this and I guess that is what i am so excited about thinking how i will look in 5 weeks and how good i will feel...exciting... i even have my 13 year old doing the abs and streching with me, which i just love.....oF ALL THE PROGRAMS I HAVE TRIED i HAVE TO SAY THIS ONE IS THE BEST EVER, i NEVER FELT SO GOOD AND BEEN SO EXCITED TO WAKE UP FOR THE DAY CHALLENGE!

well when I first started this w/o program ,right from the start even thou i was feeling my muscle, that i havent used in a long time, I just couldn`t wait to get up and push play,and it seem the More ...
well when I first started this w/o program ,right from the start even thou i was feeling my muscle, that i havent used in a long time, I just couldn`t wait to get up and push play,and it seem the harder the w/o the more my body wanted to do , i would never eat b-4 my w/outs I would always wait til I finished the w/out,and i found first thing in the morning was perfect time and if for some reason I couldnt do my w/o in the morning, it made me a little tense til I could finally do the w/o, I find with the slim series very fun and good w/out,I just have such a Great feeling when I accomplish the w/out`s that i am so ready to begin my day, I havent completed my goal yet, and i am now on the 2nd series of the dvd`s tone it up, firm it up and tear it up, I know i will really see results soon because i feel muscles working like never before, I just love this program , you have to have a one track mind and focus and just do it, I find there is no options for when i get up and push play I wont even let there be any options except push play, I just went and got my blood pessure and heart rate done today and my heart rate was 72 which is great use to be in the 90`s I was very very happy! My diet consist of white eggs and either a bannana, apple, and fish oil tablet, and my vitamins activa and slim tab, then a snack 2-3 hours later would be a fruit (apple) mostly, and then luch i would have a turkey salad, 1 tbls no ft italian dressing and 3-4 oz 98percent fat free turkey, and supplements again , then have a hand ful of almonds dry, and dinner have white meat 4oz chicken breast/ pork chop cabbage/ or turnips and carrots /brocolli mainly and have nothing before bedtime, on occasion I would have some popcorn.
