I am currently living in Miami as a caretaker for my mother who has alzheimers. I had to leave my job in Orlando to be able to do this. I will be 50 yrs old in April. I have always been a gym rat. Due to the circumstances I am finding it difficut to get to a gym and have become out of shape. I am very excited to start p90x. I will be starting Jan 1 2009 and expect to be in the best shape of my
