My goal is to work out and eat right CONSISTENTLY. All my kids were delivered by c-section. What I really want is to reshape my midsection and thighs. I am ordering Turbo fire, and hope to update this with how I transformed through the program! I am ready to rock!

Finished first round of Turbo Fire! Feel very strong in my torso, lost 2.5 inches on my waist and 2.5 inches on my hips! That feels good. I am starting the hybrid of Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme on Monday April 18th. That will be a 20 week plan which will take me into September. How great to have a focus and tools to stay on track! See you on the way there, I know the best is yet to come!
