I am fabulous ... I just need to keep reminding myself.

I am a full time mom of 2 brilliant enthusiasts - plus I have an incredible man who sings '80's songs to me in earnest. I just started taking electric guitar lessons. I have 2 Masters Degrees - Art Therapy and Counselling. I live in the mountains and I love outside. I am also the most amazing cook in the hood...hence my

I am a full time mom of 2 brilliant enthusiasts - plus I have an incredible man who sings '80's songs to me in earnest. I just started taking electric guitar lessons. I have 2 Masters Degrees - Art Therapy and Counselling. I live in the mountains and I love outside. I am also the most amazing cook in the hood...hence my appearance here. I am indulgent to the max... sometimes....and I looooove to exercise in a way that exhausts me. I have a tum that comes from too much butter and chardonnay as many of you will know.

Beyond that - my OTHER strengths are that I am committed, I know psyche well and have prepped myself to let the ME shine. As so many stories go I have been a caretaker for too many years. Now I am ready to show people that taking care of mySelf is important too.

I am doing P90X - I love Gals with Guts - I struggle to eat all that protein in a semi veg. diet...I ski, I toboggan, sk8, dance, belly dance, cook, sing...love life and want to keep living it.
