I recently separated from Air Force active duty status and
joined the Air Force Reserves. I'm in Texas now for four and a half months to train in my new career field. It's a 13 month medical program and I'm trying hard to find time to work out due to all the studying. It's great to have people here at MDB that keep me motivated to continue on my journey to excellent health.

into better shape. I started doing the Turbo Jam workout
before I left and picked it back up as soon as I got back. I  More ...
Last year before I deployed to Iraq I wanted to start to get
into better shape. I started doing the Turbo Jam workout
before I left and picked it back up as soon as I got back. I
started to lift weights in September 2007 and managed to
tone up a great deal. So far I've managed to keep the weight
off. My next goal is to work on better definition of my abs
and shoulders.
