I am a mom, wife, and worker bee. I work in an office as an administrative assistant and need to lose some weight. I don't smoke or drink and would like to find a workout partner who needs to lose at least 40 lbs. like me...it's a challenge, but this is the year to do it, as I really, really need to for my health and my family. I'm thinking of getting chalene extreme but wonder if my middle-age
