Hi my name is Char and I have been doing beach body programs since July 2010. I started out with Insanity, then P90X. Most recently I completed P90X 2, moved on to Insanity again and now am currently doing Insanity Asylum Vol.1.
I've had great results since I've started. My diet is probably the only thing that has slowed down my progress, but I've definitely had a better handle on

So I finished up Insanity the Asylum, last Friday with flying colors! Never did I think I would have surpased some of my goals. I went from 18% bodyfat to about 16% in 30 days. WOW Here are my test More ...
