Years ago I was a college cheerleader, coach, and choreographer. But after many injuries, ilnesses, and bouts of depression the weight slowly crept on year by year. Late night snacking, fast food runs, soda binges, and the such became the norm for me.

However, with a family plagued with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and the such, I too had been labeled "morbildy obese". Something had to give and quick. I had reach my all-time highest weight ever! But through hard work and determination the weight began to drop pound by pound. I am currently down 47 pounds and am halfway to my goal weight(doing a little dance of joy!! lol).

So, I thought I'd amp up my workout and weight loss with Insanity. This is defintely the MOST difficult, yet rewarding workout I have ever done. The intense cardio (never using one weight at all) has already allowed me to see some great changes in my body---and I'm only into week 2!! I can't wait until I have completed all 60 days!

This truly is a great 60 day workout that requires committment and drive. Or as Shaun T says throughout the DVD it requires you to "Dig DEEPER!!"

From someone who for years put other's needs before hers to the point I was jeapordizing my own well-being and livelihood......it's time to put yourself first for a change. I challenge you to try Insanity with me, you surely will be glad that you did! ; )
